Ian has been recruiting and supporting the construction industry across the south east of England for many years. His specialism is the supply of labour trades and management at all levels; be it a general labourer for bob the builder to keep the site tidy, a groundworker to lay kerbs for a civils company, a carpenter to do 1st fix works on a new build or a site manager for a refurb / new build project for a multi- national.
Ian will always do his very best to find the right man or woman for the job. Having been in the industry for over 20 years he knows what questions to ask. Because he is so thorough in his approach Ian is on supply chains and PSLs that he has been on for over a decade. These relationships have been built on honesty transparency and trust and a willingness to always help.
The way Ian looks at things is he has a duty of care to his clients and the people he supports. So, he will always ask questions to get the right result.
