The entirety of Louis’s recruitment career is dedicated to partnering exclusively with charities, NGO’s, membership and association bodies, social enterprises, as well as commercial organisations that embody a solid social purpose and importantly, deliver a positive impact on society. Reflected in his background of volunteering and also working directly for charities, Louis holds a clear passion for supporting meaningful causes and harnesses a genuine commitment that is embodied through his ethical and conscientious approach to recruitment.

Responding to the critical and pressing needs for the charity sector to adapt and evolve, Louis has an expanding knowledge and a wealth of experience of consulting and recruiting across the broad specialism that is ‘Digital’. With a defined track record appointing skilled, technical experts within positions such as ‘Digital Transformation Lead’, ‘Head of Digital & ICT’ and ‘Digital Product Implementation Manager’, this is where his network is at its strongest.

The breadth of Louis’s experience reaches from appointing Operational and Leadership positions from secretarial, support roles all the way up to Director level. Louis has also placed many professionals across Marketing and Digital Communications and in his own words he ‘absolutely relishes’ working on these positions, especially where there is a story to be told.

Outside of work Louis loves his music, being outdoors and maintaining an active lifestyle, he can usually be found either behind his turntables or planning his next ‘bikepacking’ trip or excursion.
