Lengwe’s 10+ years’ recruitment experience is global, having recruited for roles across Europe, Latin America, USA and Asia. He has a proven track record in the full recruitment cycle experience across all levels, from Senior Management through to Executive level direct sourcing at Managing Director & ExCo level. 

Lengwe’s last two years have been focused in the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion market. He provides a consultative tailored approach for his clients’ needs.

Outside of work Lengwe is a father of three boys who share his passion for sport, are budding sportsmen themselves and most weekends are spent encouraging them from the touchline whilst they compete for various professional academies in football and athletics.
