The ability to build, manage and nurture communities of talent has never been more important, given the high demand of technology advances today.

Rather than solely concentrating on working with huge databases of inadequate information, District4 takes care of four private communities of exclusive top-rated talent; people who regularly engage due to their expertise and attitude across tech. Having this community-led approach significantly improves our relationship and commitment levels of candidates, allowing District4 access to those that are on the hidden job market, away from other agencies and internal resourcers.

Our Communities

District4 strives to provide opportunities for those in our communities to meet, network, and learn from knowledge leaders in their space.

We’ve created District Discussions and The Kotlin Collective alongside partnering with the London Scala User Group and UX For Change to provide an opportunity for professionals to meet, exchange opinions, and share their real-life challenges in an informal and open manner. A thought-triggering space for individuals to come armed with questions, to help others and learn from each other, all over some pizza and drinks.

Community Platform

Our Talent Communities are first and foremost about engaging with people on a wider level of technology interests.

That’s why we have created our own community platform where you can connect, discuss and learn from our community of like-minded individuals and global knowledge leaders across DevOps, Development and Design.

With this in mind, we are always looking for members of our community who are using interesting technologies, have war stories that they want to share and have a chat about technology in general to engage and give insights with our community members at an event or on the community platform.
