With a decade of sales recruiting (& exec search) experience in both consultancies and Tech firms across the UK, Germany and Ireland, I’ve finally launched my recruiting business in this space. Having worked at large complex companies such as Gartner, Thoughtworks, Freshworks and most recently Twitter, I covered 360 sales hiring and led programs to build inclusive hiring processes and attract diverse talent within these orgs.
Having recruited sales professionals for my entire career, I know what it takes to hire top performing talent. My process is thorough. I conduct a 45 minute screen with each candidate before putting them forward to the client. I take time to deep dive into; sales process and methodology, average deal size, sales cycle, goal vs achieved, complexity of product, client base, coachability and learning aptitude. Outside of that, I aim to truly understand the candidates motives to move roles and key factors in their decision-making to ensure the fit is right for them and for longevity in the hire. Quality is key to my service as a recruiter both for the client and candidate. I spend a lot of time educating myself on sales through books and courses on the various methodologies, mindset and high performance to ensure I can truly add value.
I believe that an organisation’s success lies in creating an environment where every individual’s unique talents and perspectives are celebrated thus my recruiting is done always through an inclusive lens.
Roles I recruit are mid-senior level. They include: Account Exec & Account Manager. Business Development Manager (& Senior), Senior Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Director, Account Director, Chief Commercial Officer, Sales Enablement Manager/Director, Pre-Sales Engineer.
